The Virginia Cooperative Extension Service is holding a program on Apple Tree Grafting Tuesday, April 18 at 6 p.m. at the Fincastle Library.
The $20 fee covers grafting materials. Participants will be provided with root stock and scion wood to complete four grafted trees. Tools and other materials will be provided for use during the class.
Family members of participants are welcome to join and observe the workshop for free. Additional trees might be available for purchase depending on participation.
The workshop is limited to 25 participants. The fee will be collected at the door.
