The Fincastle Volunteer Fire Department has posted on its Facebook page that it will host its first car show on Saturday, Aug. 7 at the Fincastle fire station from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. There will be chances to win door prizes and awards, including Top 10, Best in Class and Best in Show. There are no vehicle restrictions. All proceeds will go to the fire department. Food and drink will be available on site. Rain date is August 14.
There is no charge for general admission. Pre-registration (T-shirt included) is $20 for a standard spot, and $35 for a premium interior spot (limit of 15). Pre-register on the FVFD Facebook page. Registration at the show is $25 for a standard spot.
