The Friends of the Buchanan Library is holding a “Used Book and Yard Sale” on Saturday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It has been over a year since the group has been able to have a book sale and there are hundreds of hardback books, paperback books, fiction and non-fiction, and children’s books to choose from. Hard backs are $1, paperbacks are 50 cents, and children’s books are 25 cents.
The yard sale items are too numerous to list, but include household items, toys, holiday items and so much more. All proceeds will benefit the Buchanan Public Library.
The Friends of the Library has a new location in Buchanan, now located in the Carson Memorial Rescue Squad Building, 19673 Main Street, directly across from the Buchanan Fire Station. Masks are required for entry to the building.
Saturday, April 24 is also Spring Fling in Buchanan Day. Find great deals on books and yard sale items and then enjoy visiting other shops in the Town of Buchanan.
