Bill Gaul is this year’s Fincastle Christmas Parade Grand Marshal when it steps off at 2 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 7., with many walkers, floats and the James River and Lord Botetourt Marching Bands.
Gaul and his wife, Dreama, started 3 Li’l Pigs in Daleville and ran it until they retired. He has been a member of Fincastle Town Council for 10 years and is leaving council at the end of his term this month. Gaul has been very active on Town Council, especially the Big Spring Pond.
