George Edward Boyd, 59 of Iron Gate, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Hollie Boyd Sr. and Sada Alvis Harlow Boyd; his grandparents, John Riley Boyd, Della Boyd Poague, William (Bill) Poague, Charles T. Harlow and Pearl May Harlow.
Survivors include one sister, Brenda Boyd Childs (Donald) of Clifton Forge; brothers, William H. Boyd Jr. (Kathy) of Troutville; David Boyd of Clifton Forge; Harrison Boyd (Carolyn) of Buchanan; and Leroy Boyd (Bertie) of Iron Gate; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and a devoted friend, Charlie Morrison.
Due to COVID, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
