The Botetourt County Republican Women’s Club will hold its fifth annual “Baby Shower” for Blue Ridge Women’s Center on Tuesday, May 2.

The shower will be held in the community room of the Fincastle Library at 6:30 p.m. Terri Benjamine, director of the center, will be in attendance to speak about the many services provided for women in the area.

The Women’s Center is in need of all baby items, from diapers, sizes premie and up, to baby clothes. Baby clothes in sizes premie to 1 year are especially needed, as well as all bath and layette needs. The center will also accept gently used strollers, Pack and Plays, high chairs and swings. No cars seats are accepted.

All are invited to help other women in need and join the members for an informative and fun evening and find out more about the services the Blue Ridge Women’s Center provides for the community.
