The popular annual Historic Fincastle Inc. (HFI) Holiday Home Tour and Marketplace are Saturday, Dec. 9.

It will feature a range of distinctive homes and public buildings, all located in or near the center of historic Fincastle, a town that in the 1770s served as a frontier gateway for pioneers traveling west into the Great Wilderness. The Marketplace, located at the Fincastle Baptist Church on US 220, will offer the work of more than 40 local and regional artisans and will provide an abundance of unique holiday gifts and home decoration items. Home tour tickets can be purchased at the Marketplace location beginning at 9:30 a.m. Homes and buildings on the tour open at 10 a.m.
