The Region 3D tournament, including Lord Botetourt, will be held at Christiansburg this Saturday. Only the top two in each weight class will advance to the state at the Salem Civic Center on Thursday, Feb. 18.
In Region 2C there will be a “sub-region” tournament on February 9 at James River High School with wrestling starting at 6 p.m. Since so many teams have had very limited schedules the results of the sub-region will be used to determine seeding at the Region tournament, with will be held on Saturday, Feb. 13, at Patrick County High beginning at 10 a.m.
The state Class 2 state tournament is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 19, also at the Salem Civic Center.
