The Lord Botetourt and James River girls basketball teams will return from Christmas vacation to get back to business on the hardwood this week.
James River was scheduled to play at Rockbridge on Tuesday of this week, then travel to Floyd County next Tuesday, January 3 for a 6 p.m. game that is the first contest of a girls-boys doubleheader. The Knights come into the week at 6-1.
Lord Botetourt’s girls will be at Abingdon tonight and next Wednesday, January 4, they’ll visit Patrick Henry in Roanoke. The LB girls are 6-2.
