The Lord Botetourt tennis teams played Glenvar and Rockbridge last week and the boys picked up a win while the girls dropped two.
The LB boys lost to Glenvar, 8-1, but bounced back to win at Rockbridge, 5-4. Tyler Meade and Jackson Wolfe won at one and two singles and teamed for a third point at first doubles. Ridge Radtke won a third singles and Ridge and Chase Dozier took second doubles as the Cavaliers picked up the win.
The girls had two close ones, losing to Glenvar, 6-3, and Rockbridge, 5-4. Both teams are now off until Thursday, April 6, against Salem with the girls at home and the boys playing at Salem High.
