Pursuant to the provisions of Section 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, the Botetourt County Board of Supervisors hereby gives notice of public hearings to be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the Botetourt County Administration Center located at 57 South Center Drive, Daleville, Virginia, to consider the requests listed below.
Information may be reviewed at the Community Development Office at 57 South Center Drive, Daleville from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Fincastle District: Herbert Julius and Sandra Lowe H. Scull request to rezone 10.19 acres with possible proffered conditions, from the Residential (R-1) Use District to the Agricultural (A-1) Use District in accordance with Sec. 25-581.- Zoning map amendment – Owner initiated and Chapter 25 Zoning, Article II – District Regulations Generally, Division 1, Agricultural District A‑1, for a family subdivision at 98 Blackberry Lane, Troutville, (Route 789) identified on the Real Property Identification Maps of Botetourt County as Section 72C (2), Parcel 40.
