The Botetourt Post 240 American Legion baseball team ended the season with a 6-3 win over Franklin County last week at the Lord Botetourt High School Field. Post 240 ended the season with a 5-6 overall record. The American Legion tournament is this week at Kiwanis Field in Salem, but Botetourt will not be competing as several boys are on vacation and the team wasn’t willing to put up the entry fee with a shorthanded roster.
