Thanks to all of the donors who came to the April blood drive in Fincastle. We collected 35 units. Thanks to all our volunteers. Thanks also to Robbin Saunders, Sharlotte Sink and Sally Field for the homemade cookies, pies and cakes. Thanks to Doris Rexrode for picking up the pizzas donated by Leonardo’s Pizza and Subs in Fincastle. They were delicious ad enjoyed by all. The next time you want to go out for lunch or dinner, no need to drive all the way to Roanoke, you can find it all right here in Fincastle. Our next blood drive Thursday June 22 at the Fincastle United Methodist Family Life Center from 12 noon until 6 p.m. With all of the increase in summer travel and outside activities, we will see an increase in the need for blood! We could really use your help more than ever. Hope we will see you there.
