David Allen Linthicum, 65, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020.
He was retired from Virginia Department of Transportation and served with the Eagle Rock Fire Department for over 34 years. David was preceded in death by his parents, Forrest Rossel and Virginia Sue Cox Linthicum; and sister, Arlene Linthicum.
He is survived by his wife, Terry Rae Linthicum; children, Michael Robeson Jr., Angel and John Reynolds, Trisha Robeson, Ashley Robeson, Corey and Jessica Robeson, Derrick Linthicum, Ryan Linthicum and Kerri Burube, Chad Robeson, Stacy Robeson, and Corey and Samantha Linthicum; 22 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Wanda and Mac Beard, Vicky and Steve Wilmer; brothers, Glenn and Terry Folks Linthicum, Milton Linthicum, and Tom Linthicum.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 6, in the Forest Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Ray Sandifer officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Botetourt Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1145, Buchanan, 24066 in memory of David.
