Richard Furman’s “Next Exit” will highlight the concert for the Angels of Assisi on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 2-5 p.m. at Blue Ridge Vineyard in Eagle Rock.
Cliff Beach opens the festivities at noon, with his country-western tunes, followed by the new band “Next Exit” (formerly “Exit 162”) with a wide variety of melodies, including favorites from several decades.
Admission is free, with donations accepted for the Angels of Assisi to help with its work rescuing abused and neglected animals. The concert is outdoors with social distancing and masks are required.
“Bring a blanket or chairs, a picnic, the family and enjoy the fall foliage of Blue Ridge Vineyard while listening to Exit 162 and supporting the Angels of Assisi,” said Barbara Kolb, the vineyard owner (no outside alcohol, ABC regulations). For more information, call 540-798-7642.
In case of inclement weather or a COVID 19 surge, the concert will be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
