The Botetourt Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation hosted a Women In The Outdoors field day at Blue Ridge Vineyard on Saturday, August 19. Twenty-eight women enjoyed opportunities to experience archery, shotgun, .22 rifle, .22 pistol, and .223 rifle under the supervision of certified instructors.
