Lord Botetourt High School celebrated its Homecoming last weekend with a full slate of festivities that brought together students, staff, alumni, and the greater Botetourt County community. The Cavaliers set the tone early with a dominant 42-7 victory over Christiansburg High School on Friday night, energizing the student body for the rest of the weekend. Ryan Markham and Ashlee Walker were named king and queen at halftime. On Saturday night, the Homecoming dance was held in a lovely setting on the school’s baseball field, providing a memorable atmosphere under the stars.
During the celebration, the 2025 Homecoming Court was recognized, featuring (front row, left) Kennedy Lumpkin, Lila Leon, Gabriella True, Karleigh Brown, Reagan Meade, Ashlee Walker, Hailey Knick, (back row, left) Beau Lonker, Emory Lonker, Landon Hayes, Anderson Wagner, Jase Lisle, Ryan Markham, and Lleyton Cook.
