Mason Stewart, a rising senior at James River High School, has received his ring for winning the Class 2 state wrestling championship at 138 pounds in February. Stewart beat Jaylon Burks of Strasburg, 5-2, in the final match at the Salem Civic Center. Mason is the son of James River coach Bobby Stewart, who is a former Lord Botetourt wrestler.
