Betty Ann Mengel, 78, of Fincastle, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, May 24, 2019.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bruce of Fincastle; sister, Ruth Korth of Fincastle, and spouse Ed Korth; sister-in-law, Faith White of Sunderland, Mass.; daughters, Susan Harrell of Cary, N.C., and spouse Chris; Jennifer Mengel of Riner, Va., and spouse Tim Smoot; Catherine Ann Blankenship Martin of Salem; grandchildren, Austin Harrell, Margo Harrell, Rachel Smoot, Olivia Smoot, Brook Blankenship, Erynn Martin, Jared Martin; great-grandchildren McKenna VanMarter and Brooklyn VanMarter.
