Job seekers are invited to attend a regional Career Fair at Mountain Gateway Community College in Clifton Forge on May 3. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., employers will be set up outside along the sidewalk that runs from Scott Hall to the Moomaw Center and Warren Hall. The event is designed to connect job seekers with local businesses looking to hire.
MGCC has partnered with Greater Roanoke Works to open up the Career Fair to an even wider audience, drawing out even more job seekers and hiring employers to the campus. This is an opportunity to learn about available job opportunities and potentially land a job. Businesses will have the chance to connect with a pool of qualified candidates and fill their open positions with workers.
