Lord Botetourt High School senior Hannah Mundy signed to play softball at Longwood University next year. The Cavalier outfielder was joined at a signing ceremony Thursday by her family, coaches, friends and teammates. With here are (from left), seated, her mother Lynn Mundy, Hannah Mundy, father Paul Mundy and sister Haley Mundy; back, LBHS coach Cheryl Shockley, hitting coach Ron Reynolds, Principal Andy DeWease, Athletic Director Chuck Pound and LBHS Coach Leanna Rippey. As a junior, Mundy was Conference 31 Player of the Year and made first team All-Region 3A West. Longwood is a Division I school that plays in the Big South Conference.
