The Botetourt County Fair Association has updated its participation process for the 2025 Botetourt County Fair.
This year, every vendor (commercial and local), community group (civic organization, church group), and educational club (4-H, FFA), wishing to have a tent or table at the fair must complete a vendor form, available on the fair’s website. This process ensures that all participants are aware of the fair’s rules and requirements, and it helps the association meet necessary legal and insurance obligations to safely and successfully host the event.
