The Botetourt County Planning Commission will
hold a public hearing Monday, March 10, 2025 at
6:00 p.m. in the Botetourt County Administration
Center at 57 S. Center Drive, Daleville, Virginia
to consider and receive comment on the following:
Blue Ridge District: Kendall Erin and Kylee Ann
Lucas request rezoning of 8.637 acres total from
the Residential, R-1 Use District to the A-1 Use
District, with possible proffered conditions. Lo
cated on Laymantown Road (State Route 658) at
the Sunnydale Court (State Route 780) intersec
tion, identified on the Tax Maps as 108A(5)BK26

BK26-2.
Fincastle District: Wesley A. Hodges requests a Spe
cial Exception Permit for a campground, with possi
ble conditions, in the Agricultural, A-1 Use District.
This property is located at 191 Bridge Street, Eagle
Rock, identified on the Tax Maps as 4A-46.
