Beginning at a point on the North side of a 60 foot street and fifteen feet East of the line between Lots 15 and 16 in Scotts Addition, said point being the Southeasterly corner of the property this day conveyed to Roger W. Terry by O.W. Nowlin; thence N 52:45 W. 200 feet to the back line of Lot 15; thence N 37:15 E. 100 feet to a point; thence with a new line thru the lands of Terry S. 52:45 E. 200 feet to a point on the Northerly margin of said street; thence with said street S. 37:15 W. to the beginning, and as more fully described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust.
