The seventh annual “Buchanan Golf Classic” will be held Saturday, Oct. 12 at Botetourt Golf and Swim Club in support of the Buchanan Area Ministerial Association (BAMA).
This will be a Captain’s Choice Format. Entry fee is $65 per player or $260 per team. The entry fee includes lunch, chances at door prizes and two mulligans. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 a.m.

The Buchanan Area Ministerial Association was organized to provide assistance to residents in need through the BAMA Food Pantry, transient aid, and emergency financial assistance. BAMA is comprised of 10 area churches supported by volunteers and funding through donations, gifts and fundraisers throughout the year.
Over $26,000 has been donated to BAMA through this tournament in six years.
BAMA’s mission is based on Matthew 25:40, to help those in emergency situations with the heart, soul and mind that we are serving our Lord Jesus.
