Commonwealth of Virginia, in re ESTATE OF CHARLES MATTHEW BARTON, DECEASED v.
The object of this suit is to: SHOW CAUSE AGAINST PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF ASSETS IN INSOLVENT ESTATE.
It appearing that a report of the accounts of James A. McClure, Administrator of the Estate of Charles Matthew Barton, deceased, and the debts and demands against the estate have been filed in the Clerk’s Office and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of the personal representative, it is ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of Charles Mathew Barton show cause, if any they can, on the 13th day of May 2024, at 11:00 a.m., before this Court at its Courthouse at 1 Main Street, Fincastle, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the assets in the insolvent estate, pursuant to Virginia Code §64.2-528, to the creditors as listed on Schedule B of the Motion for Entry of Show Cause Order previously filed in this matter. It is ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Fincastle Herald, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Botetourt, Virginia.
