The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Botetourt, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of

Botetourt, Virginia, described as follows:

Tax Map No. 27-55

Account No. 18062

All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situate on the south side of the James River in Eagle Rock, Fincastle Magisterial District, Botetourt County, Virginia, containing 1.15 acres, more or less.

And being a portion of the same property conveyed to E.W. Hambrick aka Emory W. Hambrick from George E. Robinson and Louella Robinson, his wife, by Deed dated November 1, 1927, and recorded November 22, 1927, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, Virginia, in Deed Book S, at Page 425.

The said E.W. Hambrick aka Emory W. Hambrick died March 12, 1965, and pursuant to his Last Will and Testament dated November 19, 1959, and recorded March 16, 1965, in the aforementioned Clerk’s Office in Will Book 16, at Page 55, E.W. Hambrick aka Emory W. Hambrick devised the above-described property to his wife, Gladys V. Hambrick, for her life, with the remainder passing to his children, namely L.H. Hambrick aka Leslie Harold Hambrick, C.R. Hambrick aka Clayton Rudolph Hambrick, R.L. Hambrick aka Robert Lewis Hambrick, W.R. Hambrick aka William Russell Hambrick, H.M. Hambrick aka Hollis Milton Hambrick, E.C. Hambrick aka Eugene Carl Hambrick, and Mildred Hambrick Johnson.

The said Gladys V. Hambrick died September 26, 1994, thus extinguishing her life interest in the above-described property.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
