The object of this suit is to interplead surplus funds into the Court’s registry and allow potential claimants to file claims for the funds derived from the sale of real property known as
423 Tinkerview Drive, Cloverdale, the Unknown Heirs at Law of Dennis N. Maas appear in the
Circuit Court for Botetourt County, Virginia to protect their interest in this matter on or before March 10, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Fincastle Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Botetourt
County, Virginia. The Fincastle Herald shall send the Certificate of Publication and the bill to:
