The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Botetourt, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Botetourt, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate in the Buchanan Magisterial District, Botetourt County, Virginia, lying about three and one-half miles northeast of the Town of Buchanan, a short distance from and on the easterly side of the turnpike road, containing II.24 acres, more or less.
And being a portion of the same property conveyed to Charles Blake from F.G. Woodson, Special Commissioner, by Deed dated August 7, 1913, and recorded March 4, 1914, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, Virginia, in Deed Book H, at Page 547.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served,
