SHOW CAUSE ORDER
The object of this suit is to: CREDITORS AND ANY OTHERS SHOW CAUSE AGAINST PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF ESTATE.
It appearing that a report of the account of Robert L. Jones, Executor of the Estate of Frieda E. Hiner, deceased, and of the debts and demands against her estate has been filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, and that six (6) months have elapsed since the qualification of the Executor on September 23, 2024.
On motion of the Executor, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested, in the Estate of Frieda E. Hiner do show cause, if any they can, on the 22nd day of October, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom in Fincastle, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Frieda E. Hiner, deceased, to the legatees entitled thereto under the Last Will and Testament of Frieda E. Hiner without requiring refunding bonds, subject only to the retention by the Executor of sufficient funds to satisfy the remaining costs of administration.
