The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Botetourt, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of
Botetourt, Virginia, described as follows:
Tax Map No. 27A(3)4 Account No. 18156
All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the Fincastle Magisterial District, County of Botetourt, State of Virginia, and being known and designated as Lot No. 44 of the Sarah E. Finney Addition to Eagle Rock.
And being the same property conveyed to Janis Dee Harlow aka Janis D. Hale from Dee Landis Windsor by Deed dated April 26, 2000, and recorded September 22, 2000, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County, Virginia, in Deed Book 588, at Page 1508.
This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described.
IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served,
that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Janis Dee Harlow aka Janis D. Hale, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 3719 Southway
Drive SW, Apt. 69, Roanoke, Virginia 24014; John Hale, whose last known address is 6844
Conner Road NE, Copper Hill, Virginia 24079; Kathleen A. Harlow, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 7908 Botetourt Road, Fincastle, Virginia 24090; Jazzmine F. Harlow, Minor, whose last known address is 7908 Botetourt Road, Fincastle, Virginia 24090; Noah S. Landram, Minor, whose last known address is 7908 Botetourt Road, Fincastle, Virginia 24090; Rebecca L. Harlow, whose last known address is 7908 Botetourt Road, Fincastle, Virginia 24090; Nathan L. Harlow, whose last known address is 388 Mountain Road, Eagle Rock, Virginia 24085; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or
by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby
ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before October 21, 2024 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
