Kenneth Barry Owen, 70, of Fincastle, formerly of Roanoke, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2020.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth “Jimmie” and Wanda Owen; and sister and brother-in-law, Carol Ann and Dickey Kelly. He was a longtime car salesman working at Magic City Ford and Berglund Bedford.
He is survived by his sisters, Debbie Owen and Cathy Downs; and numerous other relatives.
