A road closure is in place on Apple Orchard Lane in Troutville for the replacement of two 60-inch pipes under the road. All residents will be able to access their homes, but one end of the road is closed completely. Apple Orchard Lane connects to Stoney Battery Road at both ends. The end that is closed is at the end farthest from the town.
This section of road will be closed through Friday, July 9. If work is completed sooner, the road will be opened back up to traffic. Messages boards are in place to alert the public.
