Historic Fincastle Inc. is pleased to announce that even the Post Office is getting involved with our 50th Anniversary Fincastle Festival!

This year, on Saturday the 22nd, for one day only, visitors can stop by the special Post Office location set up in the center of town for a real treat!

Folks can purchase a postcard or note card to send to family or friends…or just buy one as a memento to keep of the Festival, and have the Post Office stamp your card/letter with the special commemorative Fincastle Festival cancellation stamp.

It took some significant work by our Postmaster Tina Wagner and by Ed Jamison to bring this opportunity to fruition, and HFI is extremely grateful for their enthusiasm and hard work to get this accomplished.  So make sure you take advantage of this unique opportunity to obtain a piece of history. See you on the 22nd!
