The men and women of American Legion Post 93 again invite the public to the Memorial Day Observance at Fairview Cemetery in Buchanan on Monday, May 28 at 11 a.m.

The guest speaker for the observance is Post 93 Commander Sarah Ware, U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant (Retired).

Immediately after the observance, the Fairview/Mountain View Cemetery Association will provide lunch at the Buchanan Community House on Lowe Street. The cost for lunch is $10 and the tickets may be purchased at the door.

Post members encourage families, children and grandchildren to honor those who gave that last measure to protect and defend freedom.
