Notice is hereby given that Virginia Electric and Power Company is requesting a permit from
Virginia Marine Resources Commission to install one (1) aerial fiber optics cable within an
existing easement, crossing the James River, North Creek in three (3) locations and Jennings
Creek in eight (8) locations as part of the Pole E2003MJ6300 to J214OK0400 Fiber Optics
Project in Botetourt County.
