Richard Lee Ware, 79, of Fincastle, passed away Friday, May 14, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Edward Ware; mother, Okey Dale Ware Fringer; step-father, Frank Fringer; brothers, Jack, Johnny, Tommy, and Ray Ware; sisters, Evelyn Eubank, Shirley Rickman, and Helen Riddle.
He owned and operated Botetourt Upholstery for 42 years.
He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Paige Wright Ware; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Sherri Ware, Garret and Rhonda Ware; grandchildren, Dustin (Diane) Ware, Cassie (Elder) Zuniga, Brooke (Ben) Jackson, Camille Ware and Trey Rhodes; great-grandchildren, Sierra, Serenity, Alyssa, and Dakota, and Corbin Ware; step-grandson, Chris (Brenda) Padgett and their son, Caleb; sisters, Jean McClure and Patty (Roger) Caron; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family, Scott and Cheryl Dillon, Ricky and Judy Craft, and their families; and best porch buddies, Jimmy Layman and John Thomas.
