The James River girls will open Region 2C play this Friday with a road game against top-seeded Glenvar. The game is scheduled for 5:30 pm and Glenvar’s boys will play the second game of a region doubleheader. Here Vivian Vernon(left) handles the ball for the Knights in a recent game.
