Sandra Alyse Jarvis Hunt, 64, passed away at her home on Thursday, August 18, 2022 surrounded by her family.
She last served as a supervisor with Goodwill Industries. Sandra loved crafting, cross-stitching, and hummingbirds. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Jarvis and Irene Derr Jarvis Figgers.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Gregory A. Hunt; sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher Allen and Erin Hunt of Fincastle, Jason W. and Amanda Hunt of Bradenton, Fla., and Daniel Lee and Ashley Hunt of Buchanan; daughter, Sarah Nicole Hicks of Troutville; grandchildren, Breanna Dirigo, Nathan Hunt, Taylor Hicks, Olivia Hunt, Bailey Hunt, and Scarlett Hunt; great-granddaughter, Gabriella Dirigo.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2022 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Leonard L. Southern and the Rev. Earl Clemons officiating.
