Members of Troop 211 lift a canoe after a successfully honing their skills during a trip to Carvins Cove in July. During the summer COVID-19 did not stop the 20-member troop from earning merit badges and exploring the outdoors. The group did follow CDC guidelines and practiced “situational awareness,” leaders said.
