Don Walter Skibinski, 69, of Fincastle, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Mae Skibinski; parents, Emil and Wanda Skibinski; and brother, Conrad Skibinski.
Don owned and operated Fincastle Pharmacy for 31 years with his wife, Connie, and their daughters. He graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Pharmacy in the Class of 1978. He was actively involved in the Fincastle Historical Society for many years.
He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Dr. Shelley Skibinski and Dr. Mark Bell, Rachel and Nathan Thomas; grandchildren, Natalie, Jenny, and Bubba Thomas; brother and sister-in-law, Jan and Jo Anne Skibinski; first wife, Ethel Skibinski; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held from 1-2 p.m. with funeral services at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 19, in the Eagle Rock Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Ronk officiating.
