The nomads that are the Lord Botetourt tennis teams will have a busy week as they try to make up some games previously postponed.
The Cavaliers do not have home courts this season so they’ve had to make due playing all their games on the road. That has caused a variety of postponements, along with weather related issues.
Both teams were scheduled to play at William Fleming on Tuesday, and the boys team is at Rockbridge today. On Thursday both teams will be able to play Franklin County. The boys will play at Ferrum College while the girls will play on the Franklin County Recreation courts.
Despite having no home court the boys are leading the Blue Ridge District with a 2-0 district record and a 5-0 record overall. The Cavs won 9-0 at William Byrd and 8-1 against Northside at Walrond Park.
The girls come into the week at 0-5.
