“Experience Botetourt, Customer Service and Hospitality Workshop” will be presented on September 2 in partnership with Virginia’s Blue Ridge, Botetourt County Economic Development, Roanoke Small Business Development Center, and Botetourt County Chamber of Commerce.
The presenter, Catherine Fox, Vice President of Public Affairs & Destination Development, at Virginia’s Blue Ridge, will share tips for businesses about enhancing clients, customers, and guests experience, tools, services and products available to Botetourt County small businesses, as well as insight on the impact visitors have on Botetourt County Businesses and the region at large.
