The Troutville Lions Club will hold its annual pork barbeque dinner at the Troutville Town Hall on Saturday, May 4 from 5-7:30 p.m. Cost is $9 for adults and $6 for children age 10 and under. The meal includes barbeque and bun (two for adults and one for children), baked beans, coleslaw, and beverages. Desserts will be on sale. Eat in or take out. The barbeque is provided by Aaron’s Smokehouse.
Tickets are on sale from club members or at the door. Funds collected will be used to provide eye exams and glasses, support programs to aid diabetes control and research, aid for hearing impaired, and for programs that benefit our local community. The Lions will also collect eyeglasses that are sent to the Lions Eyeglass Recycling center \in Roanoke.
