The Town of Fincastle will hold two public hearings on February 29 at the Fincastle Fire Department. The Planning Commission is looking for public input regarding two applications.
The first application is to allow ground floor residence at 5 South Roanoke Street that is currently zoned as “Commercial.” The second is a rezoning application from Heritage Family Market for a property located on the west side of Route 220 (Roanoke Road), rezoning from A1 Agriculture to B2 Business with special exception to reduced lot size for the purpose of building a new location for the market.
