VFW Post 1841 in Daleville will hold its annual Flag Retirement Ceremony on Monday, May 31 at 7 p.m. at the post home at 4902 Roanoke Road (US 220).
Dozens of old, unserviceable flags will be honored and then burned at this event.
The public is invited to attend; it will last about an hour.
