IN RE: ESTATE OF MILDRED ANN SANDRIDGE, DECEASED
SHOW CAUSE ORDER
It appearing that a report of the accounts of Roger Dale Boardwine, Administrator, c.t.a. of the Estate of Mildred Ann Sandridge, deceased, and of the debts and demands against the Estate has been filed in the office of the Clerk of The Circuit Court of the County of Botetourt, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification of the Administrator.
On the motion of the Administrator, it is hereby ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the Estate of Mildred Ann Sandridge do show cause, if any they can, on the 23rd day of March, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. before this Court at its courtroom at 1 West Main Street, Fincastle, Virginia, against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Mildred Ann Sandridge, deceased, to the distributees without requiring refunding bonds.
It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in The Fincastle Herald, a newspaper of general Circulation in the County of Botetourt, Virginia.
