The object of this suit is to interplead surplus funds into the Court’s registry and allow potential claimants to file claims for the fund derived from the sale of real property known as 99 Albemarle Avenue, Buchanan, VA 24066.
It is hereby ORDERED that the Unknown Heirs at Law of Mary Lou Sweet and James Sweet appear in the Botetourt County Circuit Court, Virginia to protect their interest in this matter on or before May 11, 2020; and
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in Fincastle Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in Botetourt County, Virginia. Fincastle Herald shall send the Certificate of Publication and the bill to: BWW Law
