SPC Nolan W. Wright, son of Jay and Christie Wright from Fincastle and next door neighbor of 97-year-old Virginia B. Webb, returned home Saturday, April 1 after a 10-month deployment in Qatar. The United States Army National Guard 1st PLT C CO 1-116th arrived in the USA at Ft. Bliss, Texas before taking a flight home to Roanoke on Saturday.
