BCSO partners with Angels of Assisi to host clinic for pet owners
The Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office recently partnered with Angels of Assisi to host a successful Mobile Health Clinic for local pet owners at the pavilion beside Fincastle Baptist Church.
One hundred pets received care during the event, including vaccines, microchipping, and basic exams. Animal Control Officers also provided pet ID tags on-site.
“We are incredibly grateful to Angels of Assisi, our Animal Control Officers, volunteers, and everyone in the community who helped make this event a success,” said Sheriff Matt Ward. “It was wonderful to see so many take advantage of these services and help keep their pets healthy and safe.”
